Shop Updates

Is my shop empty and you're wondering why? How I typically work is through limited preorders. Usually a few weeks before I'll announce when the next drop is going to be and what will be included. If there's nothing in my shop it means I'm currently sold out. I keep y'all up to date on my Instagram but you can sign up for my email list to make sure you don't miss any announcements!

 

Shipping

I ship all orders within 1-2 weeks of purchasing (with the exception of pre-orders).

Tracking info will be emailed to you. Please allow 30 days for your order to arrive. International orders may take longer. Your patience is truly appreciated!!

I, Shistine, am not responsible for paying any customs fees/import taxes, etc. incurred.

If your package is lost please reach out to me and we will investigate the issue together and determine the best outcome for both of us. Unfortunately once your order is dropped in the mailbox, it is out of my control.

If I receive a returned package from either customs or due to customer error (if you input the wrong address), you can either pay shipping again to have the package resent, or be refunded the price of the item minus the original shipping cost.

 

Returns + Refunds Care

I do not offer returns. However if your item arrives damaged I will be happy to offer you a refund, or a replacement if possible depending on the item. If you have any questions please reach out to me and I'm always happy to help (shistinellc@gmail.com)

 

Care

Polymer clay is lightweight and relatively flexible but should be still treated with great care. Makeup or any other stains can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol, gently wiped with a q-tip. Remove earrings before showering or swimming. 

Resin can be cleaned gently with a soft (non-abrasive) damp cloth using warm, mild soapy water.  

Ceramics should be hand washed only to make sure its life is extended to its fullest.
