Shipping policy

I ship all orders within 1-2 weeks of purchasing (with the exception of pre-orders and Mini Mail).

Tracking info will be emailed to you. Please allow 30 days for your order to arrive. International orders may take longer. Your patience is truly appreciated!!

If your package is lost please reach out to me and we will investigate the issue together and determine the best outcome for both of us. Unfortunately once your order is dropped in the mailbox, it is out of my control.

If I receive a returned package from either customs or due to customer error (if you input the wrong address), you can either pay shipping again to have the package resent, or be refunded the price of the item minus the original shipping cost.

I am based in the US but I ship internationally! If you try to check out and it says your country isn't supported shoot me an email and I'll get yours added.
