Mini Mail - monthly snail mail club

Welcome to Mini Mail! A project that gets me creating something new each month and nurtures connection outside of our screens while I put some cute, tangible art into your hands on a regular basis!

What’s included?

• 5x7 art print postcard (that you can tack up on your wall or mail to a friend!)
• sticker (for your water bottle, sketchbook, or forehead)
• personal letter from me with monthly musings and behind the scenes chat
• shipping cost is included in the price!

Each month I’ll be making new miniatures, building a scene from them, photographing it, and turning that into a 5x7 postcard and sticker.

A personal letter from me will also be included, where I’ll share some thoughts and feelings from the month, how I chose that month's miniature scene, and some behind the scenes chat about the process. My purpose for this project is to push myself to explore and grow my skills as an artist in between the repetition of pool production (that currently sustains my business!) and to find ways to deepen connection offline.

I love the idea of finding a way to still connect with people outside of our screens and algorithms. With Mini Mail you could delete your apps all together and still hear what’s been on my mind and heart each month, and get some cute art you can hold in your hands - all for about the price of a cup of coffee nowadays! Also included are the delights that come from knowing you are directly supporting and connecting with an individual person who is just trying to find and create joy in this world.

This project has taken me over. It feels so good to be this excited about something. I’m SO ready for this little adventure and would be delighted to have you join me along the way!

FAQ's

When can I sign up for Mini Mail?

Mini Mail sign ups OPEN the 1st of each month and CLOSE the 20th of each month. Once you are signed up you'll continue to receive Mini Mail each month and be charged automatically until you cancel your subscription. 

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?

All letters are shipped at the end of each month. You will get a notification email when it ships.

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Mini Mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) at the end of the month. Letters typically arrive within two weeks (US) and 4-6 weeks (international). But don't worry if it's running late! Sometimes things can just take a bit longer with the postal system. If your letter is taking longer please reach out to me (shistinellc@gmail.com) and we will get it sorted!

How can I update my address? Change my payment method? Cancel?

You can update your address, payment details, and cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. If you have any trouble with this you can email me and I'll help you!

When is Mini Mail billed each month?

Mini Mail is billed on the same day of the month that you initially signed up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
